My name is Valentyn Dudko, I am 38 years old. I am from Poltava, and today I am known as one of the best professional tattoo artists in Ukraine. But my story is not one of instant success.

• By education, I am an energy engineer, but my love for art, drawing, and a creative approach turned out to be stronger than a diploma. This is the path of an ordinary person who dared to change his life and follow his true calling. When I was just starting out, I had no guarantees or a ready-made plan. There was only a huge desire to constantly improve. Unexpectedly even for myself, within just two years, I became one of the leading artists in my city.
• My first tattoo festival took place just six months into my career. Back then, I gained not only my first stage experience but also realized how important development, competition, and a constant drive for a new level truly are.

Stellar Journey and Professional Recognition.

• A real breakthrough in my career occurred in 2019. That was when I started actively participating in major Ukrainian tattoo conventions, winning awards at practically every single one of them.
• Over more than 10 years of professional activity, I have attended more than 20 large-scale festivals and received dozens of awards and distinctions. I am most proud of my three victories in the main category — the Grand Prix. For a tattoo artist, this is the highest form of professional recognition — an award that symbolizes years of hard work, experience, and complete dedication to one’s craft in realism and black & grey.

Dulior Tattoo Studio and Work Room Educational Space.

• In 2021, I opened my own studio — Dulior Tattoo Studio. In just a few years, it became one of the leaders of the tattoo industry in my city. Today, our team consists of over 17 talented artists and professionals.
• We do not just create high-quality tattoos; we also actively develop the tattoo culture, support young artists, and train individuals who want to develop professionally in this field.
• A distinct direction of my work has been professional tattoo masterclasses for practicing artists. Every year, I host educational events where I share my own experience, techniques, and approach to work. That is why I created a full-fledged educational space on this website called Work Room — an online platform that brings together my signature intensives, training programs, and practical materials for artists of various levels.

From Recognition in Ukraine to Global Horizons.

• I am proud that my work has become a part of the development of the modern Ukrainian tattoo industry. Today, my signature style and technique are recognized by many specialists in Ukraine.
• Throughout my career, I rarely went abroad for guest spots because I was completely focused on development within the country: working with clients, scaling the studio, preparing for competitions, and continuous professional growth. Festivals took place almost every six months, and each of them was a separate challenge that required complete dedication.
• But over time, I realized that when you achieve all the goals you once dreamed of in your homeland, a need for a new scale arises.

Today, my new goal is to reach the international level, represent Ukrainian tattooing globally, and conquer the largest tattoo festivals in the United States (USA). I want to not only demonstrate my skills at the highest professional level but also make the name of Ukrainian tattoo culture recognizable far beyond the borders of our country.
